Starting therapy can feel daunting, so my goal is to provide a space (either in person or online) in which you feel safe, heard, and supported.

If you are struggling with stress, anxiety or depression, you may well benefit from the opportunity to discuss your difficulties and uncover their root causes.  

You may find that talking therapy improves your level of self-awareness and frees you from unhelpful patterns of behaviour. This will have a positive effect on your relationships with others and, indeed, your relationship with yourself.
